i enjoyed the central location. It made exploring so easy. The staff were always ready to help. My renovated room was super clean AND comfortable. I found the bed very relaxing after each day. i was pleased.
the noise from outside at night was considerable , hindering a restful sleep.

The welcome note and complimentary cake for my daughter's birthday added a personal touch. I began my days with a refreshing swim in the lovely pool. Workouts in the gym offer views of Fashion Street, a great addition to the exercise.
Check-in took an extended time! The reception staff seemed focused on upselling a different room category.

the location was central, close to shops and tourist attractions. my room was clean and spacious. the bed was comfortable, and i found the room quiet. i did not have breakfast at the hotel.
i had difficulty locating the parking garage initially. navigating in and out was challenging due to cars parked on both sides. despite this , everything else was fine.

The meeting room easily accommodated our group. Natural light filled the grand room, beneficial. Laura, the meeting manager, handled all requests promptly. Zsolt, the banquet manager, and his team worked hard. The food options accommodated all dietary needs.
Loud drilling occurred . This prevented resting after a long day. We were not told about this work in advance.

Decent stay, issues with breakfast
lower qualitydishonest staff
The breakfast experience was subpar. I was directed to an alternative restaurant under the guise it was the same as the main one, but it wasn't. The selection and quality were lower, and the staff did not explain this upfront. This felt a bit dishonest and impacted my overall impression (I hope they fix this soon).
